The Parsawan irrigation project, valued at 1.40 crore rupees, is now facing serious scrutiny due to widespread allegations of irregularities from local villagers. Residents claim that the bridge constructed under the scheme uses substandard materials, raising concerns about its quality and durability. They also allege that there have been significant anomalies in the desilting of the canal (pan).

According to villagers, the bridge construction has not adhered to standard quality norms. They fear that the use of inferior materials could lead to the bridge's early deterioration, posing a potential safety hazard.
