Three minors were seriously injured in a road accident on NH 133 within the Pirpainti police station area of Bhagalpur district. The incident occurred near Pirpainti market. The injured include two boys and one girl, whose identities are yet to be confirmed. With the help of locals and the police, all three were immediately taken to the local health center in Pirpainti.

After initial treatment, doctors referred them to Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College Hospital (JLNMCH) in Bhagalpur for better care, given their critical condition. It is reported that the three minors were hit by a vehicle, sustaining severe injuries. Following the accident, a crowd of locals gathered and assisted in transporting the injured to the hospital.

According to the police, the exact cause of the accident is still unclear, but initial observations suggest high speed as the primary factor. The police have registered a case against an unknown vehicle driver and have initiated an investigation. Authorities are reviewing nearby CCTV footage to identify the vehicle and its driver. This incident has once again raised concerns about road safety on NH 133. Local residents have urged the administration to ensure adherence to traffic rules and control speeding vehicles on this route. The families of the injured have been informed and are arriving at the Bhagalpur hospital. All three minors remain in serious condition, and doctors are actively treating them.
