पूर्णिया जिले में चतुर्थ कृषि रोड मैप के तहत संचालित पक्का वर्मी कम्पोस्ट और गोबर-बायो गैस इकाई योजना के लिए आवेदन करने की अंतिम तिथि 30 सितंबर निर्धारित की गई है। इस योजना का मुख्य उद्देश्य राज्य में सब्जी और अन्य फसलों की जैविक खेती को बढ़ावा देना है। इसके माध्यम से मिट्टी के स्वास्थ्य और उसकी उर्वरा शक्ति का संरक्षण होगा, साथ ही पर्यावरण संरक्षण को भी बढ़ावा मिलेगा।
