The 11th death anniversary of former Mukhiya and ex-president of the Mukhiya Sangh, late Rajkumar Sahni, was observed on Sunday in Stanauli village, located in Kudni block of Muzaffarpur district. The tribute ceremony, organized under the aegis of Nishad Sangharsh Morcha, saw a large turnout of villagers, social workers, and supporters.

Attendees offered floral tributes to the statue of late Rajkumar Sahni, paying heartfelt homage and recalling his contributions to social service. The event was jointly presided over by his sons, Brahmanand Sahni and Parmanand Sahni, and nephews, Sukhdev Sahni and Mahesh Sahni. Speakers at the gathering lauded Sahni's work, highlighting his dedication to serving the most marginalized sections of society during his tenure as Mukhiya. They emphasized his continuous struggle for social justice, noting that his efforts continue to inspire people today.

Among those who paid their respects were Ranjit Sahni, patron of Nishad Sangharsh Morcha; Virendra Sahni, district president; former Mukhiya Pawan Kumar Rai; Prem Sahni; and social workers Satish Nishad and Gariban Sahni, alongside hundreds of others. Those present pledged to follow the path shown by late Rajkumar Sahni and work for the betterment of society. The tribute ceremony concluded peacefully.
