इस महत्वपूर्ण कार्य के लिए मास्टर ट्रेनरों की प्रतिनियुक्ति की गई है। प्रशिक्षण का मुख्य उद्देश्य मतदान कर्मियों को चुनाव प्रक्रिया के दौरान संभावित तकनीकी और प्रक्रियागत दिक्कतों से प्रभावी ढंग से निपटने में सक्षम बनाना है। प्रशिक्षण सत्रों के दौरान, पीठासीन पदाधिकारियों, प्रथम, द्वितीय एवं तृतीय मतदान पदाधिकारियों और माइक्रो ऑब्जर्वर को उनकी जिम्मेदारियों की विस्तार से जानकारी दी जाएगी। इसमें मतदान की शुरुआत से लेकर मतपेटी सीलिंग, अभिलेख तैयार करने और प्रपत्रों को सही ढंग से भरने तक का व्यावहारिक प्रशिक्षण शामिल है। कुल मिलाकर, 75 मतदान पदाधिकारियों/कर्मियों और 20 माइक्रो ऑब्जर्वर सहित 95 निर्वाचन कर्मियों को इस कार्यक्रम के तहत प्रशिक्षित किया जाएगा।
