The 'Shakti Samvad' (Power Dialogue) campaign was successfully organized in various government schools across the Pirpainti block of Bhagalpur district. The primary objective of this special campaign was to raise awareness among students about the serious social evil of child marriage and the importance of gender equality. During the program, children were extensively educated on how child marriage is not only a legal offense but also extremely detrimental to the physical and mental health of girls. They were informed that education is the most effective means of empowering girls and that they have every right to complete their studies.

As part of the campaign, special sessions were held in schools where children had the opportunity to think about and express their views on these topics through street plays, debates, and quiz sessions. Teachers and local social workers engaged in open discussions with the children and answered their questions. On the issue of gender equality, students were taught that boys and girls should receive equal opportunities and respect in society. They were informed that girls' capabilities are not less than boys' in any field, and they should also have complete freedom to fulfill their dreams.

This initiative has increased children's sensitivity towards social issues and provided them with important information about their rights and responsibilities.
