सीतामढ़ी में नौकरी के झांसे में फंसाकर युवतियों का शोषण, एक गिरफ्तार, 8 लड़कियां बचाई गईं

सीतामढ़ी नगर थाना क्षेत्र में नौकरी दिलाने का झांसा देकर युवतियों के शोषण का एक गंभीर मामला सामने आया है। पुलिस ने त्वरित कार्रवाई करते हुए एक आरोपी को गिरफ्तार किया है और उसके चंगुल से पश्चिम बंगाल, मुजफ्फरपुर, कुशीनगर सहित अन्य क्षेत्रों की आठ लड़कियों को सुरक्षित बचाया है। पुलिस अब इस पूरे नेटवर्क की गहनता से जांच कर रही है।
यह मामला 13 अगस्त को तब सामने आया जब डायल-112 के माध्यम से पुलिस को सूचना मिली। शिकायत में बताया गया था कि कुछ युवतियों को नौकरी का लालच देकर बुलाया गया है और उनके साथ मारपीट कर जबरन गलत काम कराए जा रहे हैं। सूचना मिलते ही पुलिस टीम ने तत्काल कार्रवाई की और सभी आठ लड़कियों को सुरक्षित बरामद कर लिया।
प्रारंभिक जांच और पीड़िताओं के बयानों से पता चला कि पश्चिमी चंपारण जिले का मिस्टर बैठा उर्फ आजाद नामक व्यक्ति इन युवतियों को नौकरी का झांसा देकर सीतामढ़ी बुलाता था। बाद में उन्हें जबरन डांस और देह व्यापार के लिए मजबूर किया जाता था। मामले की गंभीरता को देखते हुए नगर थाना में कांड संख्या 551/26 दर्ज कर मुख्य आरोपी को गिरफ्तार कर लिया गया है।
एडिशनल एसपी आशीष आनंद ने बताया कि पुलिस अब इस बात का पता लगाने में जुटी है कि इन लड़कियों को किस माध्यम से सीतामढ़ी लाया गया और इस पूरे नेटवर्क में कौन-कौन लोग शामिल हैं। उन्होंने स्पष्ट किया कि जांच केवल आरोपी की गिरफ्तारी तक सीमित नहीं है, बल्कि पूरे गिरोह का पर्दाफाश किया जाएगा। विशेष रूप से यह जांच की जा रही है कि सीतामढ़ी में इस नेटवर्क से कौन-कौन लोग जुड़े थे और उनकी क्या भूमिका थी। पुलिस इस दिशा में लगातार जांच जारी रखे हुए है और सामने आने वाले तथ्यों के आधार पर आगे की कार्रवाई की जाएगी।
A serious case of exploitation of young women under the guise of providing jobs has come to light in the Sitamarhi Nagar police station area. Police took swift action, arresting one accused and safely rescuing eight girls from West Bengal, Muzaffarpur, Kushinagar, and other regions who were trapped.
The matter surfaced on August 13 when the police received information via Dial-112. The complaint stated that several young women were lured with job promises, then beaten and forced into illicit activities. Acting immediately on the tip-off, the police team rescued all eight girls.
Preliminary investigation and statements from the victims revealed that a person named Mr. Baitha alias Azad from West Champaran district would entice these girls to Sitamarhi with job offers. Later, they were forcibly compelled into dancing and flesh trade. Given the gravity of the case, FIR No. 551/26 was registered at Nagar Police Station, and the main accused was arrested.
Additional SP Ashish Anand stated that the police are now investigating how these girls were brought to Sitamarhi and who else is involved in this network. He clarified that the investigation is not limited to the arrest of the accused but aims to uncover the entire racket. Specifically, the police are probing who was connected to this network in Sitamarhi and what their roles were. The investigation is ongoing, and further action will be taken based on the facts that emerge.
