The annual training camp organized by the Two Bihar Battalion NCC, Muzaffarpur, is currently underway at Model Vidyalaya Saryu High School in Sursand town, Sitamarhi. On the third day of the camp, 600 cadets participated in various training sessions. They were informed about the objectives and importance of NCC, field craft, and the structure and use of weapons.

During the training, PI staff provided detailed information about different parts of weapons and demonstrated their use. The aim of this session was to familiarize cadets with the basic technical knowledge of firearms. Additionally, techniques for estimating distance were taught under field craft.

A team from Bihar Police visited the camp to inform the cadets about the recruitment process in the police department and the potential benefits of NCC training. This helped cadets understand future career opportunities. The medical team from Sursand Hospital also conducted a session on the importance of health and personal hygiene, emphasizing essential aspects related to physical well-being and cleanliness.

With the participation of approximately 600 cadets, the primary objective of this camp is to develop discipline, skills, and awareness among them. Through various sessions, cadets are receiving comprehensive training crucial for their overall development.
