गया जिले के शेरघाटी थाना क्षेत्र में मंगलवार की सुबह एक दर्दनाक हादसा हो गया, जहां स्कूल जाते समय एक छात्र पर आकाशीय बिजली गिर गई। इस हादसे में छात्र की मौके पर ही मौत हो गई, जिससे पूरे परिवार और गांव में मातम पसर गया है। जानकारी के अनुसार, मृतक छात्र की पहचान 10 वर्षीय विशाल कुमार के रूप में हुई है, जो शेरघाटी थाना क्षेत्र के रंगलाल पर गांव निवासी रामनरेश यादव का पुत्र था। विशाल मंगलवार सुबह अपने घर से स्कूल जाने के लिए निकला था।
प्रत्यक्षदर्शियों और स्थानीय लोगों ने बताया कि विशाल जब स्कूल जा रहा था, तभी अचानक तेज गरज के साथ बिजली कड़की और वह सीधे विशाल पर आ गिरी। बिजली का झटका इतना जबरदस्त था कि विशाल को संभलने का मौका ही नहीं मिला और उसकी तत्काल मौके पर ही मौत हो गई। घटना की सूचना मिलते ही विशाल के परिजन और ग्रामीण मौके पर पहुंचे। विशाल का शव देखकर परिजनों में कोहराम मच गया। मां और पिता का रो-रोकर बुरा हाल था।
ग्रामीणों ने तुरंत इसकी सूचना स्थानीय पुलिस को दी। शेरघाटी थाना पुलिस मौके पर पहुंची और शव को अपने कब्जे में लेकर पोस्टमार्टम के लिए मगध मेडिकल कॉलेज, गया भेज दिया। पुलिस ने बताया कि इस घटना के बाद से गांव में शोक का माहौल है। परिजनों का कहना है कि विशाल पढ़ाई में काफी होनहार था और उसकी मौत से उन्होंने अपना भविष्य खो दिया है। यह घटना एक बार फिर मानसून के दौरान वज्रपात से होने वाले खतरों को उजागर करती है और लोगों को ऐसे मौसम में सतर्क रहने की आवश्यकता पर बल देती है।
