On Tuesday, Additional District Magistrate (ADM) Vikas Kumar raided two coaching centers in Simrahi, Raghupur block, Supaul district, following complaints of them operating during school hours. The raid targeted Omega Classes and Gyananda Shikshan Sansthan, both located opposite Lakhichandra Sahu High School.

The ADM took serious note of the students' presence and instructed Raghupur Circle Officer Rashmi Priya to take action, including sealing the institutions and filing an FIR. The Circle Officer then called Block Education Officer (BEO) Sunil Kumar Dev for investigation. The BEO confirmed that Vinod Kumar's Omega Classes and Sumit Kumar's Gyananda Shikshan Sansthan were found operating in front of Simrahi High School.

However, due to the presence of residential premises within both coaching centers, immediate sealing was not carried out. Instead, bonds were signed by both operators. The investigation report is now being sent to the district headquarters, and further action will be decided based on departmental directives. ADM Kumar emphasized that operating coaching centers during school hours negatively impacts students' regular studies, and strict action will be taken in accordance with regulations.
