An auspicious Kalash procession was organized in Sursand on the sacred occasion of Navratri under the aegis of Yuva Sangh. The grand procession commenced from the historic Baba Garibnath temple premises in Bel Tori, with over 1111 married women participating. Amidst a devotional atmosphere with music and traditional instruments, the women chanted 'Jai Maa Durge, Jai Maa Ambe'. The procession traversed various locations before concluding at the worship site. Devotees decorated the streets with rangoli and erected ceremonial arches at several places, creating a festive ambiance throughout the area.

To maintain law and order during the procession, administrative officials including BDO Karmveer Kumar Prabhakar, Station House Officer Lalkishore Gupta, Sub-Inspector Mukesh Kumar, along with other police personnel and armed forces, including male and female constables, were deployed. Yuva Sangh President Chandrashekhar Kumar alias Pappu, Vice President Ashok Sah, Secretary Chandra Kiran Jayanti Bhushan alias Rajan, and other office bearers and members of the vigilance committee actively participated in the procession. Durga Puja Committee President Shobha Devi and other members were also present. Local public representatives and dignitaries, including BJP District Backward Class Minister Rajkapoor Raut and Ward Councilor Kundan Kumar, also joined the procession. All members of Shri Durga Natya Parishad ensured their participation in this religious event.
