The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) has announced the dates for the matriculation and intermediate sent-up examinations. A total of 6,724 students from 23 higher secondary schools in Teghra block of Begusarai district will appear for these crucial exams. This includes 3,533 matriculation candidates and 3,191 intermediate candidates.

Preparations are underway by the education department and the respective schools following the announcement of the examination schedule. The intermediate sent-up exams are slated to be held from November 19 to November 28. The matriculation written exams will take place from November 23 to November 27. Matriculation exams will be conducted in two shifts: the first from 9:30 AM to 12:45 PM and the second from 2:00 PM to 5:45 PM. Students will be given an additional 15 minutes to read and understand the question papers. Practical exams for matriculation will commence on November 28, organized by the schools themselves.

All registered regular and independent category students must participate in the intermediate examination, which will include both written and practical subjects. Intermediate practical exams are scheduled from November 30 to December 2. The BSEB will dispatch question papers and other necessary materials to schools via an agency. The primary objective of the sent-up examination is to assess students' preparedness before the main board exams, allowing them to identify their strengths and weaknesses. Only students who pass the sent-up examination will be eligible to appear for the main board exams. In-charge Block Education Officer and Barauni Block Education Officer Subhash Kumar confirmed that the sent-up exams will be conducted as per the board's guidelines and schedule.
