An unidentified woman died after being hit by a train near Mansurchak railway station in Begusarai district. The incident occurred on Wednesday morning. According to local witnesses, the woman, estimated to be around 40-45 years old and appearing to be mentally unstable, had been seen wandering near the railway tracks since early morning.

Eyewitnesses reported that the woman was loitering around the station platform and tracks for a considerable time. At approximately 10 AM on Wednesday, she was tragically struck by a fast-moving train, resulting in her immediate death. The impact was severe, leaving her body dismembered.

Upon receiving information about the incident, the Railway Protection Force (RPF) and local police promptly arrived at the scene. RPF personnel took custody of the body and initiated efforts to identify the deceased, but her identity could not be established. Inquiries with local residents also failed to yield any identification.

The RPF has completed the necessary procedures and sent the body to Sadar Hospital Begusarai for post-mortem examination. Police stated that no identification documents were found on the woman. Authorities are now checking with nearby police stations for reports of missing women to help identify the deceased. A case of unnatural death has been registered, and investigations are ongoing.
