A young man tragically died due to electrocution in the Dobhi police station area of Gayaji. The incident occurred when the youth was drying clothes at his home. Following the incident, his family was grief-stricken and blocked the Dobhi-Bodhgaya main road, demanding compensation.

According to information, the deceased has been identified as 22-year-old Ravi Kumar, a resident of Khiriyawan village within the Dobhi police station jurisdiction. Ravi was drying wet clothes at his house when he came into contact with a live electrical wire and received a severe electric shock. His family immediately rushed him to a local hospital, where doctors declared him brought dead.

Upon hearing the news of Ravi's death, a pall of gloom descended upon the family. Enraged family members and local villagers blocked the Dobhi-Bodhgaya main road, demanding compensation and action against those responsible. The road blockade led to long queues of vehicles, causing significant inconvenience to commuters. Protesters demanded immediate assistance from the administration and justice for the victim's family.

Upon receiving information, local police arrived at the scene and tried to pacify the protesters. Police officials assured the family of appropriate compensation and an investigation into the matter, after which the road blockade was lifted after approximately two hours.
