A tragic incident has occurred in Kotha village, Badaun district, where a young man died due to electrocution after a power line snapped and fell onto a tin shed. The incident took place when a live electrical wire unexpectedly broke and fell to the ground.

According to eyewitnesses, the youth was near his tin shed when the broken power line came into contact with him. Due to the high voltage electricity flowing through the wire, he suffered a severe electric shock and died on the spot. The entire village is in mourning following this unfortunate event, and the victim's family is devastated.

Local residents stated that the power lines in the village are old and dilapidated, posing a constant risk of such accidents. They had repeatedly appealed to the electricity department to replace and repair the wires, but their complaints were ignored. This negligence ultimately cost a young man his life.
