समस्तीपुर जिले के मोहिउद्दीननगर स्थित आरबीएस कॉलेज में अखिल भारतीय विद्यार्थी परिषद (ABVP) ने कॉलेज प्रशासन को एक आठ सूत्रीय मांगपत्र सौंपा है। यह ज्ञापन छात्रों को कॉलेज में हो रही समस्याओं और बुनियादी सुविधाओं की कमी को उजागर करने के उद्देश्य से दिया गया है। एबीवीपी के कार्यकर्ताओं ने मांग की है कि छात्रों को बेहतर शैक्षणिक और मूलभूत सुविधाएं उपलब्ध कराई जाएं।
ज्ञापन में प्रमुख मांगों में से एक यह है कि कॉलेज में छात्रों के लिए पीने के पानी की उचित व्यवस्था की जाए। वर्तमान में छात्रों को स्वच्छ पेयजल के लिए काफी परेशानी का सामना करना पड़ रहा है। इसके अतिरिक्त, शौचालय की साफ-सफाई और उसकी पर्याप्त उपलब्धता सुनिश्चित करने की मांग भी की गई है, क्योंकि अस्वच्छ शौचालय छात्रों, विशेषकर छात्राओं के लिए एक बड़ी समस्या है।
शैक्षणिक सुविधाओं को लेकर भी एबीवीपी ने कई महत्वपूर्ण बिंदु उठाए हैं। छात्रों ने कॉलेज में नियमित कक्षाओं के संचालन की मांग की है, ताकि उनका पाठ्यक्रम समय पर पूरा हो सके। शिक्षकों की कमी और अनुपस्थिति के कारण पढ़ाई बाधित होने की शिकायतें आम हैं। इसके साथ ही, पुस्तकालय में पर्याप्त पुस्तकों की उपलब्धता और डिजिटल लाइब्रेरी की सुविधा प्रदान करने की भी मांग की गई है, जिससे छात्रों को अध्ययन सामग्री आसानी से मिल सके।
सुरक्षा व्यवस्था को लेकर भी ज्ञापन में जोर दिया गया है। कॉलेज परिसर में सीसीटीवी कैमरे लगाने और सुरक्षा गार्डों की तैनाती की मांग की गई है, ताकि छात्रों को एक सुरक्षित वातावरण मिल सके। छात्राओं की सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित करने के लिए विशेष उपाय करने पर भी बल दिया गया है।
एबीवीपी ने कॉलेज प्रशासन से इन मांगों पर तत्काल ध्यान देने और उन्हें पूरा करने की अपील की है। उन्होंने चेतावनी दी है कि यदि इन समस्याओं का समाधान नहीं किया गया, तो वे आगे आंदोलन करने के लिए मजबूर होंगे। एबीवीपी कार्यकर्ताओं का कहना है कि छात्रों का भविष्य इन बुनियादी सुविधाओं और शैक्षणिक माहौल पर निर्भर करता है, और कॉलेज प्रशासन को उनकी मांगों को गंभीरता से लेना चाहिए। इस मौके पर एबीवीपी के कई कार्यकर्ता और छात्र मौजूद थे।

ABVP has urged the college administration to address these demands immediately and fulfill them, warning of further agitation if the issues are not resolved. ABVP activists assert that the future of students depends on these basic facilities and academic environment, and the college administration should take their demands seriously.
