बांका जिले के अमरपुर प्रखंड मुख्यालय स्थित सभागार में प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना (ग्रामीण) की समीक्षा बैठक आयोजित की गई। इस महत्वपूर्ण बैठक की अध्यक्षता प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी (बीडीओ) राकेश कुमार ने की। बैठक का मुख्य उद्देश्य योजना के तहत लंबित मामलों का त्वरित निष्पादन सुनिश्चित करना और लाभार्थियों को समय पर भुगतान प्रदान करना था।
बीडीओ राकेश कुमार ने सभी संबंधित कर्मियों को स्पष्ट निर्देश दिए कि पीएम आवास योजना से जुड़े सभी लंबित मामलों को प्राथमिकता के आधार पर जल्द से जल्द निपटाया जाए। उन्होंने कहा कि लाभार्थियों को आवास निर्माण के लिए मिलने वाली किस्तों का भुगतान बिना किसी विलंब के समय पर सुनिश्चित किया जाना चाहिए, ताकि वे अपने सपनों का घर पूरा कर सकें। उन्होंने जोर देकर कहा कि इस योजना का लाभ हर पात्र व्यक्ति तक पहुंचना चाहिए और इसमें किसी भी प्रकार की लापरवाही बर्दाश्त नहीं की जाएगी।
समीक्षा के दौरान, बीडीओ ने उन मामलों पर विशेष ध्यान देने को कहा जहां पहली, दूसरी या तीसरी किस्त का भुगतान अभी भी लंबित है। उन्होंने संबंधित अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिया कि वे इन मामलों को तुरंत ट्रैक करें और भुगतान की प्रक्रिया में आने वाली बाधाओं को दूर करें। उन्होंने कहा कि आवास निर्माण की प्रगति की नियमित निगरानी की जाए और लाभार्थियों को तकनीकी सहायता भी प्रदान की जाए, जिससे गुणवत्तापूर्ण आवास का निर्माण सुनिश्चित हो सके।
बीडीओ ने सभी आवास सहायकों और पर्यवेक्षकों को निर्देश दिया कि वे अपने-अपने क्षेत्र में सक्रिय रहकर लाभार्थियों की समस्याओं का समाधान करें और उन्हें योजना के विभिन्न चरणों से अवगत कराएं। उन्होंने स्पष्ट किया कि लापरवाही बरतने वाले कर्मियों के खिलाफ सख्त कार्रवाई की जाएगी। बैठक में योजना के प्रभावी क्रियान्वयन और पारदर्शिता बनाए रखने पर भी बल दिया गया। इस बैठक में प्रखंड के कई संबंधित अधिकारी और कर्मी उपस्थित थे, जिन्होंने बीडीओ के निर्देशों का पालन करने का संकल्प लिया।

BDO Kumar issued clear directives to all concerned personnel to prioritize and expedite the disposal of all pending PM Awas Yojana cases. He emphasized the importance of ensuring timely payment of installments for housing construction to beneficiaries without any delay, enabling them to complete their dream homes. He stressed that the benefits of this scheme must reach every eligible person, and any negligence would not be tolerated.
During the review, the BDO specifically highlighted cases where the first, second, or third installments were still pending. He instructed officials to immediately track these cases and remove any obstacles in the payment process. He also called for regular monitoring of housing construction progress and the provision of technical assistance to beneficiaries to ensure quality construction.
All housing assistants and supervisors were directed to actively engage in their respective areas, resolve beneficiaries' issues, and inform them about various stages of the scheme. The BDO made it clear that strict action would be taken against negligent staff. The meeting also emphasized effective implementation and maintaining transparency in the scheme. Several related officials and staff from the block attended the meeting, pledging to follow the BDO's instructions.
