Shashikant Pandey, a resident of Radhanagar in Katoria police station area, has filed a complaint at Katoria police station, alleging an attempt to forcibly occupy his ancestral land. He has accused Parameshwar Yadav, his sons Umesh Kumar, Mukesh Kumar, Nitish Kumar, and others of constructing a hut and bringing bricks for construction on the land. Pandey also claims that when he protested, he and his family were assaulted and threatened with death.

The dispute pertains to 17 acres and 41.5 decimal of land in Mauja Chalkwadih. Shashikant Pandey asserts his ownership and possession of the land. He mentioned that Parameshwar Yadav had previously claimed the land, and the matter was heard before the revenue authority. Pandey stated that he has attached copies of court and circle office orders with his application.

According to the complaint, on August 5, around 7:30 AM, Shashikant Pandey arrived at his land and found that a hut had already been constructed by Parameshwar Yadav's side. When Pandey asked to stop the construction, the dispute escalated. He alleges that Parameshwar Yadav, his sons, and others pushed and assaulted him and his associate Laleshwar Yadav. The police are currently investigating the matter.
