This forces them to incur expenses from their own pockets, adding to their financial burden.

The meeting also demanded the prompt release of funds for other operational aspects of Anganwadi centers. The workers warned that if their demands are not addressed soon, they would be compelled to launch a large-scale protest. They urged the government to take their issues seriously and provide immediate solutions, enabling them to fulfill their vital responsibilities without hindrance.
