A severed human leg was discovered in a drain near Platform No. 4 of Ara Railway Station, causing a sensation in the area. A large crowd gathered at the spot immediately after the discovery. The Government Railway Police (GRP) was informed, and they promptly called in a Forensic Science Laboratory (FSL) team to investigate.

The FSL team collected evidence and conducted a thorough examination at the scene. The GRP has taken possession of the severed leg and sent it to Sadar Hospital for post-mortem. An Unnatural Death (UD) case has been registered at the GRP police station.

GRP Station House Officer Nitish Kumar stated that the identity of the severed leg has not yet been established. Police are actively collecting information about missing persons from the surrounding areas and various police stations to identify the individual and unravel the mystery behind the discovery. The investigation is ongoing from all possible angles.
