A 13-day agricultural entrepreneurship training program for women successfully concluded on Thursday at the SBI Rural Self-Employment Training Institute (RSETI) in Araria. Certificates were distributed to all participating women at the closing ceremony held around 4 PM.

Mayank Manikya, NABARD's District Development Manager and chief guest, presented the certificates and encouraged the women to become self-reliant. He urged them to apply the skills learned during the training to start their own businesses and achieve economic empowerment. Manikya emphasized that instead of relying on jobs, women should leverage their talent and hard work to create employment opportunities. He also noted that even small-scale ventures can pave the way for significant success.

The primary objective of this training was to enhance awareness about self-employment among women and motivate them to initiate agriculture-based businesses. Throughout the program, participants received crucial information on various aspects of agricultural entrepreneurship and business commencement.

The closing ceremony was attended by RSETI Director Kishore Kumar, faculty members Shashank Shekhar and Rammohan Jha, among other dignitaries. All guests commended the enthusiasm and efforts of the trainees and extended their best wishes for their future endeavors.
