अधिकारियों ने ग्रामीणों को इन योजनाओं के लिए आवेदन करने की प्रक्रिया, आवश्यक दस्तावेज और पात्रता मानदंडों के बारे में भी बताया। उन्होंने यह भी स्पष्ट किया कि किसी भी योजना का लाभ उठाने के लिए बिचौलियों से दूर रहें और सीधे संबंधित विभाग से संपर्क करें। शिविर में कई ग्रामीणों ने अपनी समस्याओं और शिकायतों को भी दर्ज कराया, जिन पर अधिकारियों ने तुरंत संज्ञान लेने का आश्वासन दिया। कुछ समस्याओं का समाधान मौके पर ही किया गया, जबकि अन्य को संबंधित विभागों को अग्रेषित किया गया।

They emphasized the importance of avoiding middlemen and directly contacting the concerned department to avail benefits. Many villagers registered their problems and grievances at the camp, which officials assured would be addressed promptly. Some issues were resolved on the spot, while others were forwarded to relevant departments. Villagers highly appreciated this initiative, viewing it as an effective means of establishing direct communication between the government and the public.
