Banka police detained two young women and one man from the Anurag Guest House in Banka city on Sunday at 2 PM during a routine check. All three were brought to the Town Police Station for questioning. Following notification, the families of the young women and the man also arrived at the police station late in the evening, where they were briefed on the matter by the police.

According to sources, the Women's Police Station personnel were near the Anurag Guest House for an investigation related to another case. During their presence, they noticed the two young women and a man. The police questioned them and subsequently brought them to the Town Police Station. In initial questioning, the young women informed the police that they had come to meet their friend.

Town Police Station SHO Sudhir Kumar stated that the Women's Police Station team was conducting an investigation near the guest house when they encountered the trio. They were brought in for questioning. After informing their families, they also arrived at the station to gather details. Police are currently investigating the matter.
