Banka. District Magistrate Anshul Aggarwal inspected the Tussar Advance Project Center at Inaravaran, located in Karjhausa village of Katoria block, on Wednesday. During the inspection, the DM found that the five seed house buildings, cocoon bank building, and administrative building within the center's premises were not being properly utilized. Additionally, deficiencies in the maintenance of the premises were noted, prompting the DM to express strong displeasure.

The DM instructed the General Manager of the District Industries Center, Banka, to prepare a detailed action plan for the better utilization and maintenance of the center and ensure necessary actions are taken. He emphasized that the Tussar Advance Project Center is crucial for tussar farmers, and its effective use would directly benefit them.

District Magistrate Aggarwal directed the General Manager of the District Industries Center, DPM Jeevika, DPO Planning, and the officer in charge of the Banking Branch to jointly submit an action plan regarding the center's maintenance and utilization within seven days. Furthermore, coordination and correspondence with relevant departments were advised to ensure the availability of essential resources for the center. Instructions were also given to expedite the procurement and installation process for necessary machinery and equipment for the cocoon bank. The DM made it clear that effective utilization of all buildings and resources at the center must be ensured to maximize benefits for tussar-producing farmers.
