बांका के जिला पदाधिकारी (डीएम) अंशुल कुमार ने बदुआ जलाशय और डकरा नाला परियोजना के कार्यान्वयन में हो रही अनावश्यक देरी पर गंभीर चिंता व्यक्त की है। उन्होंने स्पष्ट शब्दों में कहा है कि इन महत्वपूर्ण परियोजनाओं में किसी भी प्रकार का विलंब अब स्वीकार्य नहीं होगा। डीएम ने मंगलवार को समाहरणालय सभागार में आयोजित समीक्षा बैठक के दौरान संबंधित अभियंताओं और पदाधिकारियों को कड़े निर्देश दिए।
बैठक में डीएम ने परियोजना की वर्तमान स्थिति का विस्तृत जायजा लिया। उन्होंने पाया कि दोनों ही परियोजनाओं का कार्य संतोषजनक गति से नहीं चल रहा है, जिससे निर्धारित समय-सीमा में पूर्ण होने की संभावना कम दिख रही है। डीएम ने इस धीमी प्रगति के लिए जवाबदेही तय करने और आवश्यक कार्रवाई करने की बात कही। उन्होंने कहा कि ये परियोजनाएं क्षेत्र के किसानों और आम जनता के लिए अत्यंत महत्वपूर्ण हैं, और इनके पूरा होने से सिंचाई सुविधाओं में सुधार होगा, जिससे कृषि उत्पादन को बढ़ावा मिलेगा।
डीएम ने अभियंताओं को निर्देश दिया कि वे कार्यस्थल पर नियमित रूप से निगरानी करें और समस्याओं का तत्काल समाधान करें। उन्होंने कहा कि अगर किसी भी स्तर पर लापरवाही पाई जाती है, तो संबंधित पदाधिकारी के खिलाफ कड़ी कार्रवाई की जाएगी। उन्होंने यह भी सुनिश्चित करने को कहा कि कार्य की गुणवत्ता से कोई समझौता न हो। डीएम ने निर्देश दिया कि कार्य की प्रगति रिपोर्ट नियमित रूप से प्रस्तुत की जाए और किसी भी बाधा की जानकारी तुरंत जिला प्रशासन को दी जाए ताकि समय रहते उसका निराकरण किया जा सके। उन्होंने अधिकारियों से कहा कि वे आपसी समन्वय स्थापित कर तेजी से कार्य को आगे बढ़ाएं।

The DM emphasized the importance of these projects for the farmers and general public of the region, highlighting their potential to improve irrigation facilities and boost agricultural production. He directed engineers to regularly monitor the work sites, promptly address any issues, and ensure that there is no compromise on the quality of work. The DM warned that strict action would be taken against any official found negligent. He also mandated regular submission of progress reports and immediate notification of any impediments to the district administration for timely resolution. He urged officials to coordinate effectively to accelerate the work.
