A grand Dandiya and Garba Night was organized on Thursday evening at the Durga-Kali Temple complex in Punsiya, Banka district, as part of Navratri celebrations. Women and young girls captivated devotees with their enchanting traditional Garba and Dandiya performances, filling the entire temple premises with a devotional atmosphere.

The event commenced with prayers to Maa Durga, followed by dance presentations set to traditional hymns and Garba songs. Dressed in vibrant traditional attire, women and girls performed captivating dances to the rhythm of Dandiya. Each performance was more impressive than the last, keeping the audience engaged late into the night. This cultural program, organized during Navratri, showcased not only religious devotion but also glimpses of Indian tradition and folk culture. Participants, brimming with reverence and enthusiasm for Maa Durga, shared the joy of the festival through their dances.

A large number of people from Punsiya and surrounding areas gathered to witness the event. The temple complex remained bustling late into the night as devotees enjoyed the Garba and Dandiya performances. Members of the Durga-Kali Temple Puja Committee played a crucial role in making the event a success. Committee President Shyam Prasad Yadav, Vice President Babblesh Kesari, Secretary Anil Sharma, General Secretary Sachchidanand Kesari, Treasurer Amarnath Kesari, Anil Rajak, and other members were present on the occasion.
