पीड़ित परिवार के सदस्यों ने बताया कि दबंग अक्सर उन्हें परेशान करते रहते हैं और पहले भी कई बार धमकियां दे चुके हैं। इस बार उन्होंने सारी हदें पार करते हुए घर में घुसकर मारपीट की घटना को अंजाम दिया। मारपीट के बाद सभी दबंग मौके से फरार हो गए। पड़ोसियों की मदद से घायल सास-बहू को इलाज के लिए नजदीकी अस्पताल ले जाया गया, जहां उनका प्राथमिक उपचार किया गया। गर्भवती महिला की हालत को देखते हुए डॉक्टरों ने उसे विशेष निगरानी में रखा है।
