Two prime accused in a shooting incident that occurred in the Barh police station area of Patna district have been arrested from West Bengal. The Sub-Divisional Police Officer (SDPO) of Barh revealed this development, stating that the arrests were made after significant effort. Both arrested individuals have been sent to judicial custody.

According to police sources, the arrests are linked to a serious shooting incident in the Barh police station jurisdiction, which resulted in injuries to several people. Following the incident, the police had been actively conducting raids to apprehend the culprits. Based on technical surveillance and confidential information, the police discovered that the accused were hiding in West Bengal. Subsequently, a special team was formed, which raided locations in West Bengal and successfully apprehended both suspects.

During interrogation, the arrested individuals confessed their involvement in the shooting. The police are now investigating other aspects of the case, trying to ascertain the motive behind the incident and the number of other individuals involved. The SDPO also assured that other criminals involved in this case would be arrested soon.
