The Barnwal Mahila Samiti (Barnwal Women's Committee) organized its first-ever Sawan Mahotsav (Monsoon Festival) on Friday in Narhat Bazar, Nawada district. The event was celebrated with great joy and enthusiasm, featuring Priyanka Barnwal and Lakshmi Barnwal from Hisua as chief guests. Committee members, including President Seema Barnwal, Secretary Sanju Barnwal, Treasurer Neetu Barnwal, and Assistant Renu Barnwal, warmly welcomed the guests.

During the festival, women and children presented a variety of colorful cultural programs. Performances by children such as Shreya Kumari, Bipasha Kumari, Kinjal Raj, and Khushi Kumari captivated the audience. Other committee members and children also showcased their talents through various acts.

There was significant excitement among women and children for the Sawan Mahotsav. Hundreds of women, boys, and girls attended the event.
