Kailash Pancharia assumed the charge as Block Development Officer (BDO) in Panchu on Tuesday. Following his assumption of office, he conducted an inspection of various departments within the Block office and met with the staff. During these interactions, BDO Pancharia introduced himself to all employees and gathered detailed information about their ongoing work. He specifically inquired about the progress of public welfare schemes and development projects.

BDO Pancharia instructed the staff to discharge their duties with complete honesty and dedication, emphasizing that ensuring the benefits of government schemes reach the last person should be the top priority. He also stressed the importance of maintaining discipline in the office and completing all tasks on time to prevent any inconvenience to the public. He further directed attention towards file management and digitization.

Other officers and staff of the Block office were present on the occasion and welcomed the new BDO. BDO Pancharia appealed for cooperation from everyone, stating that only by working as a team can the development goals of the block be achieved. He announced plans to soon visit various Panchayats within the block to assess ground realities and meet local public representatives to accelerate development initiatives, emphasizing transparency and accountability.
