Banka, Dainik Bhaskar: The District Magistrate (DM) and Superintendent of Police (SP) have issued strict instructions for the swift and timely resolution of applications received at special camps organized in four panchayats of Belhar block. The primary objective of these camps is to resolve villagers' problems at their doorstep and ensure they benefit from government schemes.

In these special camps held across the four designated panchayats of Belhar block, a large number of villagers submitted applications related to various problems and needs. These applications primarily included land disputes, ration card complaints, old-age pensions, housing schemes, issues related to the Nal-Jal scheme, and other government service matters.

The District Magistrate explicitly directed all concerned departmental officials that no application should be unnecessarily pending. He emphasized that applications should be immediately forwarded to the relevant officer based on their nature, and their resolution must be ensured within a defined timeframe. The DM also instructed officials to regularly inform applicants about the status of their applications and maintain transparency.

The Superintendent of Police specifically directed attention to land dispute cases. He instructed police officers and circle officers to jointly investigate these matters and resolve them in a lawful manner to maintain peace and order in rural areas. The SP stated that land disputes often lead to major criminal cases, making their timely resolution crucial.

Through these camps, the administration aims not only to solve problems but also to establish direct communication between the government and the public. Officials informed that similar camps would be organized in other blocks and panchayats in the future to extend the benefits of government services and schemes to more people and ensure prompt redressal of their grievances.
