वक्ताओं ने इस बात पर भी जोर दिया कि अंगिका केवल एक भाषा नहीं, बल्कि अंग क्षेत्र की पहचान है। इसके माध्यम से यहां की लोक संस्कृति, लोकगीत, कहावतें और परंपराएं जीवित रहती हैं। भाषा की उपेक्षा का अर्थ है इस सांस्कृतिक विरासत की उपेक्षा। बैठक में अंगिका साहित्य अकादमी के गठन, अंगिका में प्रकाशनों को बढ़ावा देने और अंगिका भाषी क्षेत्रों में भाषा के प्रचार-प्रसार के लिए विशेष अभियान चलाने जैसे कई सुझाव भी दिए गए।
यह बैठक अंगिका भाषा के प्रति स्थानीय लोगों की गहरी प्रतिबद्धता को दर्शाती है। प्रतिभागियों ने संकल्प लिया कि वे अंगिका को उसका वाजिब हक दिलाने के लिए निरंतर संघर्ष करते रहेंगे। उन्होंने उम्मीद जताई कि सरकार और संबंधित अधिकारी उनकी मांगों पर सकारात्मक विचार करेंगे और अंगिका को उसका उचित स्थान दिलाने में सहयोग करेंगे।
