During the Durga Puja holidays, thieves once again targeted the auditorium located within the Tilka Manjhi Bhagalpur University (TMBU) campus. The culprits stole electricity wires, other materials, and answer sheets from previous examinations that were stored there.

Girdhari Kumar, an employee of the examination department, reported the incident to the examination controller. He stated that remaining wires, materials, and some answer sheets were found missing. This theft has caused a stir within the university administration and raises serious questions about the security arrangements on campus, as it is not the first time such an incident has occurred.

The examination controller has taken the matter seriously and has requested a written report from the concerned employee to initiate further legal proceedings. After receiving the report, a First Information Report (FIR) will be lodged with the police. The university administration has assured that necessary steps will be taken to enhance campus security and prevent such incidents in the future. This incident has also caused concern among students and parents, as the theft of answer sheets could impact examination results and future processes.
