अररिया जिले के भरगामा प्रखंड के वार्ड नंबर 11 में हुई हल्की बारिश ने जनजीवन को पूरी तरह से ठप कर दिया है। इस बारिश के कारण करीब 300 परिवार प्रभावित हुए हैं, जिनका दैनिक कामकाज बुरी तरह से बाधित हो गया है। वार्ड के भीतर और आसपास की सड़कों पर जलजमाव की स्थिति बन गई है, जिससे आवागमन मुश्किल हो गया है। लोगों को अपने घरों से बाहर निकलने में भी काफी परेशानी का सामना करना पड़ रहा है।
स्थानीय लोगों का कहना है कि जल निकासी की उचित व्यवस्था न होने के कारण हल्की बारिश में भी यह स्थिति उत्पन्न हो जाती है। घरों में पानी घुसने का खतरा बढ़ गया है, जिससे लोगों में चिंता का माहौल है। बच्चों और बुजुर्गों को सबसे ज्यादा मुश्किलों का सामना करना पड़ रहा है, क्योंकि वे जलभराव वाले इलाकों से गुजरने में असमर्थ हैं।
इस समस्या को देखते हुए भरगामा के प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी (बीडीओ) ने तत्काल संज्ञान लिया है। उन्होंने संबंधित अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिए हैं कि वे जल्द से जल्द वार्ड नंबर 11 में जल निकासी की व्यवस्था को दुरुस्त करें और प्रभावित परिवारों को राहत पहुंचाएं। बीडीओ ने अधिकारियों से यह भी कहा है कि वे मौके पर जाकर स्थिति का जायजा लें और स्थायी समाधान के लिए कार्ययोजना प्रस्तुत करें, ताकि भविष्य में ऐसी स्थिति उत्पन्न न हो।
प्रशासन की ओर से त्वरित कार्रवाई के आश्वासन के बाद स्थानीय लोगों में उम्मीद जगी है कि उनकी समस्या का समाधान जल्द ही हो जाएगा। हालांकि, लोगों ने प्रशासन से आग्रह किया है कि वे केवल तात्कालिक उपाय न करें, बल्कि दीर्घकालिक योजना बनाकर जल निकासी की समस्या का स्थायी समाधान करें।

The BDO has instructed them to promptly rectify the drainage system in Ward No. 11 and provide relief to the affected families. Furthermore, officials have been asked to visit the site, assess the situation, and present a long-term action plan to prevent similar occurrences in the future. This proactive step by the administration has instilled hope among the locals for a swift resolution to their plight.
