The Bihar government has reiterated its commitment to ensuring that the benefits of all government schemes reach every last individual in the state. Officials have emphasized that the aim is to ensure even the most marginalized sections of society receive the advantages of welfare programs. This declaration was made during a review meeting of various public welfare schemes being run by different state departments.

Senior officials stated that the government's primary objective is that no eligible person should be deprived of government assistance. Instructions have been issued to various departments to work at the grassroots level and maintain transparency in identifying beneficiaries. Special emphasis is being placed on reaching people living in rural and remote areas, who often miss out on scheme benefits due to lack of information or accessibility.

Under this initiative, effective implementation of schemes such as the Public Distribution System, old-age pensions, scholarship programs, housing schemes, and health-related programs like Ayushman Bharat will be ensured. Officials added that steps would be taken to remove obstacles in implementation and simplify processes. A robust monitoring and evaluation mechanism will also be strengthened to ensure proper utilization of allocated funds and delivery of benefits to genuine beneficiaries.

The government believes that extending scheme benefits to all citizens is essential not only for social justice but also for the overall development of the state. Local administration, Panchayat representatives, and self-help groups will be actively involved in achieving this goal.
