Bagaha: Serious questions have been raised against the police responsible for enforcing prohibition in Bagaha, West Champaran district, Bihar. A video has surfaced from the Ramnagar police station area, allegedly showing two policemen stumbling in an intoxicated state. The video has caused a stir within the police department, and the SDPO has ordered an investigation into the matter.

The viral video shows two policemen near a Dial 112 bike, allegedly swaying and stumbling under the influence of alcohol. One of the policemen is also seen with folded hands in front of local residents. Passersby recorded the entire incident and shared it on social media, quickly bringing the matter into public discussion.

The policemen seen in the video have been identified as Surendra Kumar Munmun PTC and Constable Sunil Kumar. Both are reportedly stationed at Ramnagar police station. However, ETV Bharat has not independently verified the video.

Ramnagar SDPO Satendra Ram stated that the incident has come to his attention. The concerned policemen have been sent for medical examination. Action will be taken against them according to the rules if they are found guilty in the investigation. He reiterated that the matter is being taken seriously and appropriate action will follow based on the medical report.
