The Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued an alert for 12 districts across the state, anticipating major weather changes in the coming hours. According to the IMD, some parts of the state are likely to experience strong winds gusting up to 60 kilometers per hour. These winds may be accompanied by light to moderate rainfall and thunderstorms. The districts under alert include Buxar, Patna, Bhojpur, Rohtas, Kaimur, Aurangabad, Arwal, Jehanabad, Gaya, Nawada, Sheikhpura, and Lakhisarai. Residents in these areas are advised to remain vigilant and seek shelter during adverse weather conditions. Precautions are particularly recommended in open areas, near electricity poles, and trees due to the strong winds and rain. Farmers are also advised to take necessary measures to protect their crops.
