In Jamui's Jhajha, at the New Borwa Bus Stand complex, Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary unveiled a nearly 5-foot-tall statue of the Iron Man of India, Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, on Sunday. Health Minister Nishant Kumar, Sports Minister Shreyasi Singh, and PHED Minister Sanjay Singh were also present at the event. Before the main program, Health Minister Nishant Kumar was accorded a grand welcome at Kachari Chowk, where flowers were showered on him using a JCB. However, near the Circuit House, two vehicles in Minister Nishant's convoy collided, one of which was carrying JDU District President Shailendra Mahto. Fortunately, no injuries were reported in the accident.

During his address at the unveiling ceremony, Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary paid tribute to Sardar Patel's contributions, stating that he dedicated his entire life to the unity and integrity of India. He emphasized that Sardar Patel consolidated the princely states, strengthening the foundation of an undivided India, for which he is remembered as the Iron Man of the country. The CM reiterated the government's commitment to realizing Prime Minister Narendra Modi's vision of 'Developed India' and Chief Minister Nitish Kumar's dream of 'Prosperous Bihar'.

The Chief Minister also highlighted the government's development plans for Bihar. He stated that the pace of development is being accelerated in every sector, including electricity, roads, education, health, and industry. In the transport sector, the government plans to build new and improved bus stands at over 100 locations. Announcing significant changes in the health sector, the CM said that providing better treatment to patients at the district and sub-divisional levels is a priority. He added that 36 types of operations would now be available at the district level, and it would be wrong to refer patients unnecessarily if such facilities are available locally.
