समस्तीपुर जिले में एक दर्दनाक सड़क हादसे में दरभंगा की एक महिला की मौत हो गई। यह घटना तब हुई जब महिला गंगा स्नान कर अपने घर लौट रही थी। प्राप्त जानकारी के अनुसार, समस्तीपुर-दरभंगा मुख्य मार्ग पर स्थित धर्मपुर के पास सड़क किनारे खड़ी एक ऑटो को तेज रफ्तार ट्रैक्टर ने पीछे से जोरदार टक्कर मार दी।
मृतका की पहचान दरभंगा जिले के बिरौल थाना क्षेत्र के पटोरी गांव निवासी 55 वर्षीय किरण देवी के रूप में हुई है। वह अपने पति रामनारायण साह और परिवार के अन्य सदस्यों के साथ गंगा स्नान करने गई थीं। स्नान के बाद सभी एक ऑटो रिक्शा में बैठकर अपने घर लौट रहे थे। धर्मपुर के पास ऑटो चालक ने किसी कारणवश वाहन को सड़क किनारे खड़ा किया था, तभी पीछे से आ रहे एक अनियंत्रित ट्रैक्टर ने ऑटो में टक्कर मार दी।
टक्कर इतनी भीषण थी कि ऑटो के परखच्चे उड़ गए और उसमें सवार सभी लोग गंभीर रूप से घायल हो गए। स्थानीय लोगों की मदद से सभी घायलों को इलाज के लिए पास के अस्पताल ले जाया गया। अस्पताल पहुंचने पर डॉक्टरों ने किरण देवी को मृत घोषित कर दिया। अन्य घायलों का इलाज जारी है। घटना की सूचना मिलते ही स्थानीय पुलिस मौके पर पहुंची और ट्रैक्टर चालक को हिरासत में ले लिया। पुलिस ने बताया कि ट्रैक्टर को भी जब्त कर लिया गया है और मामले की जांच शुरू कर दी गई है। इस घटना से पूरे इलाके में शोक का माहौल है, खासकर मृतका के परिवार पर दुखों का पहाड़ टूट पड़ा है।

According to reports, a speeding tractor rammed into a parked auto-rickshaw from behind near Dharmpur on the Samastipur-Darbhanga main road.
The deceased has been identified as Kiran Devi, 55, a resident of Patori village under Biroul police station in Darbhanga district. She was returning with her husband, Ramnarayan Sah, and other family members after performing Ganga Snan. The auto-rickshaw was reportedly parked on the roadside near Dharmpur when an uncontrolled tractor collided with it.
The impact was severe, causing significant damage to the auto and critically injuring all its occupants. Local residents rushed the injured to a nearby hospital, where doctors declared Kiran Devi brought dead. The other injured are currently undergoing treatment. Local police arrived at the scene, apprehended the tractor driver, and seized the vehicle. An investigation into the incident has been initiated. The accident has cast a pall of gloom over the region, especially for the victim's family.
