Dhansoi, September 6, 2026: On the auspicious occasion of Shri Krishna Janmashtami, the Shri Krishna Janmotsav was celebrated with immense devotion and enthusiasm at the Thakurwadi in Dhansoi. The event was organized by the Jaiswal family and witnessed a large gathering of devotees. The Thakurwadi was beautifully decorated for the occasion, creating a spiritual atmosphere.

Throughout the celebration, bhajan-kirtan and various religious programs continued late into the night. Devotees started arriving at the Thakurwadi from early morning for Janmashtami. They offered prayers to Lord Shri Krishna, seeking happiness, peace, and prosperity for their families. The temple premises remained filled with devotion throughout the day, and the crowd of devotees grew significantly by evening.

Women and children also showed great enthusiasm for Janmashtami. Precisely at midnight, a special ceremony for the birth of Lord Shri Krishna was held at the Thakurwadi. At the designated time, amidst Vedic chants, Lord Shri Krishna manifested, after which devotees chanted praises and celebrated the Janmotsav. This event became a symbol of religious harmony and faith in Dhansoi.
