Following the murder of laborer Chandeshwar Chaudhary on August 5th in Yogiyan village, under Dinara police station in Rohtas district, and the subsequent tension and arson incidents, the administration has preemptively imposed Section 163. This measure came into effect late Saturday night to maintain peace and order, with the police administration remaining fully vigilant. Police forces are continuously camping in the village and surrounding areas, closely monitoring the situation.

Station House Officer Dharmendra Prasad stated that extensive arrangements have been made to prevent any untoward incidents and to reassure the public about their safety. A large number of police personnel, along with magistrates, have been deployed at approximately two dozen sensitive locations, including Bailwaiyan Chowk, Dinara Canal, Jamrodh Kali Mandir, Kauakhonch, Surtapur, Dhansoi More, Bhui Tola, Gaurapul, Laheri More, Koiriya More, Jogia School, Milki More, Gangadhi, and Bhanpur. Additional police forces from Bhojpur, Buxar, and Kaimur districts have also been called in and stationed at various points.

Police officials are continuously patrolling the area and keeping a close watch on all activities. Barricades have been erected at all sensitive spots, and vehicles are being thoroughly checked. Officials including SDM Dilip Kumar, SDPO Bikramganj Sindhu Shekhar Singh, DCLR Santosh Kumar, Bhojpur Headquarters DSP Manoj Kumar, DSP Rakshit Vijay Kumar, BDO Kuldeep Kumar Vibhuti, and CO Arun Kumar Singh are assessing the situation. They have instructed police personnel to be fully alert and to deal with any situation promptly. The administration has appealed to the public to maintain peace and not to pay attention to rumors.
