Mithilesh Kumar Kushwaha, State General Secretary and former candidate of LJP (Ram Vilas), met with the grieving family of Divya, who was recently murdered. Expressing his condolences, Kushwaha assured the family of all possible support. During his visit, he leveled serious allegations against the police administration, accusing them of negligence and partiality in the investigation.

Kushwaha claimed that the police are working under pressure and attempting to shield the culprits. He emphasized that Divya's murder is a heinous crime, and the police must conduct an impartial investigation without any external influence to ensure the perpetrators receive severe punishment. He warned that if the police fail to take prompt action and arrest the culprits, LJP (Ram Vilas) would launch an agitation alongside the victim's family.

Further, Kushwaha stated that the law and order situation in Bihar is deteriorating, with criminals acting with impunity. He appealed to the government to intervene in the matter and ensure justice for Divya's family. He affirmed the party's solidarity with the family during this difficult time and pledged full support in their fight for justice. The victim's family shared their ordeal and expressed disappointment with the police's handling of the case.
