जमुई में EOU का गुड्डू यादव गैंग पर शिकंजा: 25 ठिकानों पर छापेमारी, 5 गिरफ्तार, ₹34.19 लाख नकद-79 राउंड गोलियां बरामद
EOU Cracks Down on Guddu Yadav Gang in Jamui: 25 Raids, 5 Arrested, ₹34.19 Lakh Cash and 79 Rifle Rounds Seized
बिहार पुलिस मुख्यालय की आर्थिक अपराध इकाई (EOU) ने जमुई के कुख्यात अपराधी गुड्डू यादव और उसके संगठित आपराधिक गिरोह के खिलाफ मंगलवार को बड़ी कार्रवाई की। जमुई और शेखपुरा जिले में गिरोह के 25 ठिकानों पर एक साथ छापेमारी की गई, जिसमें 5 आरोपितों को गिरफ्तार किया गया। इस कार्रवाई के दौरान 34.19 लाख रुपये नकद, 79 राउंड राइफल की गोलियां, बड़ी संख्या में जमीन के दस्तावेज, बैंक पासबुक, वाहन खरीद से जुड़े कागजात और अन्य महत्वपूर्ण साक्ष्य बरामद हुए।
EOU ने आर्थिक अपराध थाना, पटना में दर्ज कांड संख्या 14/26 में कुल 17 लोगों के खिलाफ प्राथमिकी दर्ज की है। इनमें मुख्य आरोपी गुड्डू यादव, उसकी पत्नी और जमुई जिला परिषद अध्यक्ष दुलारी देवी सहित गिरोह के कई सदस्य नामजद हैं। एजेंसी के अनुसार, गुड्डू यादव वर्ष 2000 से आपराधिक गतिविधियों में सक्रिय है और उसके खिलाफ हत्या, रंगदारी, अपहरण, लूट, आर्म्स एक्ट और जमीन कब्जाने जैसे 39 आपराधिक मामले दर्ज हैं।
EOU का दावा है कि यह गिरोह राजस्व रिकॉर्ड में हेराफेरी कर फर्जी निबंधन के जरिए जमीन कब्जाता था। व्यवसायियों से रंगदारी वसूलने और अन्य संगठित अपराधों से अर्जित धन को संपत्तियों में निवेश किया गया। जांच में गुड्डू यादव और दुलारी देवी के नाम पर 29 संपत्तियां मिली हैं। इसके अलावा गिरोह के सदस्यों और उनके परिजनों के नाम पर भी करोड़ों रुपये की संपत्तियों के दस्तावेज सामने आए हैं। कई बैंक खातों और निवेश की भी गहनता से जांच की जा रही है।
EOU, एसटीएफ, जमुई और शेखपुरा पुलिस की संयुक्त टीम ने मंगलवार सुबह 8:30 बजे यह विशेष अभियान चलाया। गुड्डू यादव के ठिकानों से नकदी, 79 राउंड राइफल की गोलियां, बैंक पासबुक, जमीन और वाहनों से जुड़े दस्तावेज मिले। विपिन यादव, शहनवाज अली और शम्भू यादव के घरों से भी लाखों रुपये नकद बरामद हुए। वहीं छोटू यादव के घर से एक देसी कट्टा और दो जिंदा कारतूस मिले। कई अन्य आरोपितों के ठिकानों से जमीन, बैंक और निवेश से जुड़े दस्तावेज जब्त किए गए हैं। EOU ने बताया कि गुड्डू यादव, बाबूलाल यादव और ललन यादव द्वारा सिकंदरा और जमुई में बनाए गए आलीशान मकानों का मूल्यांकन भी कराया जाएगा। एजेंसी का उद्देश्य संगठित अपराध से अर्जित संपत्तियों और उनके आर्थिक नेटवर्क को ध्वस्त करना है। कुछ अन्य स्थानों पर भी तलाशी अभियान जारी है।
The Economic Offence Unit (EOU) of Bihar Police Headquarters launched a major operation on Tuesday against notorious criminal Guddu Yadav and his alleged organized crime syndicate in Jamui. Simultaneous raids were conducted at 25 locations across Jamui and Sheikhpura districts, leading to the arrest of five accused. During the operation, authorities seized ₹34.19 lakh in cash, 79 rounds of rifle ammunition, a large number of land documents, bank passbooks, vehicle purchase papers, and other crucial evidence.
The EOU has registered an FIR (Case No. 14/26) at the Economic Offence Police Station, Patna, against a total of 17 individuals. This includes the main accused Guddu Yadav, his wife and Jamui Zila Parishad President Dulari Devi, and several other gang members. According to the agency, Guddu Yadav has been active in the criminal world since 2000 and faces 39 criminal cases, including charges of murder, extortion, kidnapping, robbery, arms act violations, and land grabbing.
The EOU alleges that the gang engaged in land grabbing through fraudulent registrations by manipulating revenue records. Money earned from extorting businessmen and other organized crimes was invested in properties. Investigations have revealed 29 properties registered in the names of Guddu Yadav and Dulari Devi. Additionally, documents related to properties worth crores of rupees belonging to other gang members and their families have also surfaced. Several bank accounts and investments are currently under scrutiny.
A joint team of EOU, STF, Jamui, and Sheikhpura police conducted the special operation starting at 8:30 AM on Tuesday. Besides cash and ammunition, bank passbooks, land, and vehicle-related documents were recovered from Guddu Yadav's premises. Lakhs of rupees in cash were also found at the homes of Vipin Yadav, Shahnawaz Ali, and Shambhu Yadav. A country-made pistol and two live cartridges were seized from Chhotu Yadav's residence. Documents related to land, banking, and investments were confiscated from the locations of several other accused. The EOU stated that luxurious houses built by Guddu Yadav, Babulal Yadav, and Lalan Yadav in Sikandra and Jamui will be evaluated. The agency aims to dismantle the economic network and properties acquired through organized crime. Search operations are ongoing at some other locations.
