Gopal Enterprises Electric Scooty and Bike Agency was inaugurated on Wednesday in Harnatand, the capital of Tharuhat in Bagaha-2 block. The inauguration ceremony took place approximately 50 steps northwest of the Bharat Petrol Pump. Dr. Krishna Mohan Rai, Senior Physician at Sunaina Smriti and Seva Sadan, served as the chief guest and cut the ribbon to mark the opening.

The event was attended by several notable personalities, including Devriya-Taruanwa Panchayat's Mukhiya representative Sanjay Kumar Ojhiya, Hemant Rai, Yaduvendra Mahto, Baikunth Kaji, Coach Shyam Prasad, social worker Roshan Kumar Singh, Asharfi Kaji, Ramprit Prasad, and Suresh Prasad.

During the inauguration, Dr. Krishna Mohan Rai and Gopal Enterprises Electric Managing Director Anuruddh Prasad highlighted the growing demand for electric scooters and bikes in the Tharuhat region. They stated that the opening of this agency in Harnatand would eliminate the need for villagers to travel to distant markets to purchase electric vehicles, making them readily available locally. Mukhiya representative Sanjay Kumar Ojhiya and social worker Devendra Rai also lauded the initiative, emphasizing that electric vehicles are becoming a convenient and eco-friendly option for rural residents. Gopal Kumar, the proprietor of the agency, reported that around seven electric scooties and bikes were sold on the inaugural day, indicating the rising popularity of these vehicles in the area.
