In a village in Gopalganj district, four minors from the same family were seriously injured in a knife attack following a dispute between two groups. The incident, which occurred in Sarfara village under Barouli police station, has created a stir in the entire area. The injured teenagers were immediately admitted to the emergency ward of the Sadar Hospital for treatment, where they are currently under the care of doctors.

Sources indicate that there was pre-existing tension between the two groups in Sarfara village over an old dispute. On the day of the incident, the disagreement escalated suddenly, leading to a heated argument. It is alleged that as the dispute intensified, the attackers disregarded law and order and launched a fatal knife attack on the minors.

The victims of this sudden assault include Mintu Pandey, son of Gautam Pandey; Vikash Kumar Pandey; Ankit Pandey; and Ravi Pandey, son of Sushil Kumar Pandey. Upon hearing the children's screams, villagers rushed to the scene, prompting the attackers to flee. The sight of the four children bleeding profusely caused widespread panic among their family members.

With the help of local residents and family, all the injured were promptly taken to Gopalganj Sadar Hospital. Following the incident, an atmosphere of tension prevails in Sarfara village. To maintain control over the situation, police forces have been deployed in the village.
