छात्रों के अनुसार, सत्र 2025-29 के कई विद्यार्थियों को अभी तक अंकपत्र नहीं मिले हैं, और जिन्हें मिले हैं उनमें कई त्रुटियां हैं। वहीं, सत्र 2024-28 के परीक्षा परिणामों में भी गड़बड़ी की शिकायतें हैं। इन समस्याओं के कारण छात्रों को बार-बार विश्वविद्यालय के चक्कर लगाने पड़ रहे हैं, जिससे उनकी पढ़ाई और आगे की शैक्षणिक प्रक्रिया प्रभावित हो रही है। अनशन में शामिल छात्रों ने स्नातकोत्तर में नामांकन की समस्या भी उठाई, उनका कहना है कि सीटें खाली होने के बावजूद विद्यार्थियों को नामांकन के लिए परेशानी झेलनी पड़ रही है।
इस मामले में प्राचार्य डॉ. अंजलि गुप्ता ने छात्रों को सुविधाएं उपलब्ध कराने का आश्वासन दिया, लेकिन समस्याओं के समाधान के लिए कोई निश्चित समय-सीमा नहीं बताई। इससे नाराज छात्रों का कहना है कि अब केवल आश्वासन से काम नहीं चलेगा और विश्वविद्यालय व कॉलेज प्रशासन को ठोस कदम उठाने होंगे।
ABVP ने प्रमुख मांगें रखी हैं, जिनमें सत्र 2025-29 के लंबित अंकपत्रों को जल्द जारी करना और त्रुटियों को सुधारकर संशोधित अंकपत्र देना शामिल है। उन्होंने सत्र 2024-28 के परीक्षा परिणामों की निष्पक्ष जांच, परीक्षा में शामिल होने के बावजूद अनुपस्थित दिखाए गए विद्यार्थियों के रिजल्ट में सुधार, गलत तरीके से प्रमोट किए गए विद्यार्थियों के परिणामों की दोबारा जांच और अंकपत्र व परीक्षा परिणाम से जुड़ी शिकायतों का समयबद्ध निपटारा करने की मांग की है। साथ ही, विश्वविद्यालय की परीक्षा व्यवस्था में पारदर्शिता सुनिश्चित करने और कुलपति, परीक्षा नियंत्रक व संबंधित अधिकारियों से छात्रों की समस्याओं पर तत्काल संज्ञान लेने की अपील की गई है।
अनशन में प्रिंस उपाध्याय, रोहित सिंह, प्रतीक मिश्रा, अभिनंदन कुमार, अमित कुमार, यश कुमार और सूरज कुमार सहित बड़ी संख्या में छात्र शामिल हैं। परिषद के कार्यकर्ताओं ने अपनी मांगों पर कार्रवाई होने तक आंदोलन जारी रखने की बात कही है।

ABVP's key demands include the swift release of pending mark sheets for the 2025-29 session, correction of errors, and issuance of revised mark sheets. They also seek an impartial investigation into the 2024-28 session's results, correction of results for students marked absent despite appearing for exams, re-evaluation of unfairly promoted students' results, and timely resolution of mark sheet and exam result complaints. Furthermore, they demand transparency in the university's examination system and immediate attention from the Vice-Chancellor, Controller of Examinations, and other relevant officials. A large number of students, including Prince Upadhyay, Rohit Singh, and Pratik Mishra, are participating, vowing to continue the protest until their demands are met.
