A land ownership certificate distribution program was organized at the TPC building located in the Harlakhi Block office on the occasion of Independence Day. This event was conducted under 'Abhiyan Basera 2.0', an initiative by the Revenue and Land Reforms Department of the Bihar Government.

Local MLA and ruling party whip, Sudhanshu Shekhar, graced the occasion as the chief guest. The program was presided over by Circle Officer Reena Kumari. On this occasion, the Circle Officer honored MLA Sudhanshu Shekhar by presenting him with a 'paag' and 'angavastra', in line with the rich cultural traditions of Mithila. The attendees welcomed him with applause.

During the program, land ownership certificates were provided to 37 selected landless and poor families under Abhiyan Basera 2.0. The certificates were handed over to the beneficiaries by the MLA, officials, and other distinguished guests. Chief guest MLA Sudhanshu Shekhar stated in his address that the state government is committed to ensuring the rights of poor and landless families. He emphasized that through Abhiyan Basera 2.0, such families are being provided with land to integrate them into the mainstream, thereby improving their living standards.
