Supporters of Jan Suraj Party in Dhaka, Motihari, celebrated the victory of Jan Suraj Supremo Prashant Kishor in the Bankipur constituency. Following this win, a victory procession was organized in Dhaka. The Bankipur seat was previously held by BJP State President Nitin Navin. The procession was led by Dr. L.B. Prasad, former Jan Suraj candidate from Dhaka Assembly.

During the celebratory procession, Jan Suraj leaders applied abeer-gulal to each other and distributed sweets. A large number of Jan Suraj party leaders and workers, including Shambhu Singh, Bhagyanarayan Rai, Shashiranjan Sharma, Sudhir Thakur, and Rajkishore Prasad, participated. The procession commenced from Matrichhaya Hospital in the town, passed through the Registration Office, Gandhi Chowk, and Azad Chowk, before concluding at the Block Office.

Addressing the public, Dr. Prasad stated that this victory signifies the defeat of BJP's arrogance and marks the beginning of a significant change in Bihar. He emphasized that the Jan Suraj Party has emerged as a strong alternative for the people of Bihar. Dr. Prasad also criticized those who claimed that 'even if we field a dog or a cat, it will win.' He asserted that the voters of Bankipur have given a fitting reply to such individuals, proving that the people of Bihar are not anyone's slaves and are capable of choosing their representatives wisely.
