Students and local residents are deeply agitated over the severe shortage of teachers at Janata Mahavidyalaya. Students highlighted that many subjects across the Arts and Science faculties lack even a single teacher. The shortage is particularly acute in core subjects like Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, English, and Hindi, casting a shadow over students' futures. Graduate students are facing the most significant difficulties as their exams approach and their syllabi remain incomplete.

Local guardians and intellectuals have also expressed concern, stating that Janata Mahavidyalaya is a vital educational institution in the region, but its academic quality is declining due to the teacher shortage.
