Villagers from Sanichak Panchayat under Sabour Block in Bhagalpur district have submitted a written application to the Block Development Officer (BDO), alleging irregularities in the recruitment process for Jeevika Community Coordinator (CM). The villagers claim that the recruitment process lacked transparency and suspect foul play. They have demanded an impartial investigation into the matter and action against those responsible.

The application states that after applications were invited for the Jeevika CM post, a selection process was initiated. However, during this process, several issues emerged, suggesting that the entire recruitment process violated established rules. According to the villagers, attempts were made to unduly benefit certain candidates, potentially depriving deserving and hardworking individuals of the opportunity.

In their complaint, the villagers highlighted specific points such as ambiguity in selection criteria, bias in the interview process, and delays in announcing results. They allege that officials arbitrarily selected candidates, leading to widespread dissatisfaction among locals. The villagers also suspect that some influential local figures might be behind these irregularities.

The application clearly states that if an immediate and impartial investigation is not conducted, the villagers will be compelled to resort to further agitation. They have demanded that the entire recruitment process be cancelled and a new, transparent selection process be conducted to ensure equal opportunities for all eligible candidates. The villagers hope that the BDO will seriously consider their application and take appropriate action to ensure justice.
